Zentraler Tagesordnungspunkt des 18. Arktisdialogs war eine Panel Diskussion, die sich mit der Frage beschäftigte, wie mit indigenen Rechteinhaber*innen, über Konsultationen hinausgehende wirkliche Forschungskooperationen gestaltet werden können. Die Panel Diskussion wurde von Elle Merete Omma (Saami Council) geleitet und fand in englischer Sprache statt.
